The Two-Sided Sleeve Tailor’s Board, as it follows from its name, has two working surfaces. Its first sleeve is narrow with two different radiuses; the second one is wide.
The surface of the narrow sleeve is designated for pressing:
The wide platform is designated for:
As you can see, the functionality of the Board is rather wide-ranging. The Two-Sided Sleeve Board is flexible and very easy to handle since the pressing is performed without touching the table surface whereas the rest part of the garment which has been already pressed hangs down without getting crumpled.
The Two-Sided Sleeve can be used in conjunction with the Cushion Ham with Strings — when combined, they represent a cheap and cheerful version of the Board Little Swine. The Two-Sided Sleeve for pressing can be put on each working surface: it can be put, for instance, beside a sewing machine to perform the WHP without interrupting the manufacturing process.
The Two-Sided Sleeve Tailor’s Board is made of resinless hardwood — beech and ash tree. All the surfaces of the Board are carefully smoothed and polished in 7 stages. The upholstery of the sleeve platforms: foam and 100% cotton.
Narrow sleeve: length — 61 cm, breadth (in the wide area) — 13 cm, breadth (in the narrowest area) — 5 cm.
