The Board Cup or the Tailor’s Board Bread Roll are designated for the wet-heat processing (WHP) of garments. It is mostly used for shaping protuberances.

Functional features:

• WHP of princess seams in bust areas;
• Bust protuberances in jackets and coats.

With the Tailor’s Board Cup, you can easily provide required forms to your products which will replicate the required product outlines and body lines, whereas a common ironing board does not allow to press princess seams, bustiers as well as bra or corset cups. The Board Cup will facilitate your work and save your time in so much that, once tried, you will be no longer able to go without it.

If you make garments only for yourself, you should need the Board Cup only of your own size; and if you make garments for individual customers, you should enjoy having the Boards of each size in your tool kit.

The Tailor’s Board Cup is made out of the hard-wooded broadleaved species — beech/ash/alder tree (we do not fill our Boards with sawdust!) — this is a single piece of wood. Upholstery: foam 10 mm + 100% cotton cloth (made in Germany) + 2 cm rest.

The wood absorbs heat and moisture providing excellent shape to your products. The Board is highly resistant to heat and steam.
